Our Small Group Gatherings: As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious,
you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood,
to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. [1 Peter 2:4-5]
Be Built Up
Living Stones small group gatherings exist to build up Christians in more personal and relational settings.
A large church can feel overwhelming. Small groups break it down into small communities of people who care for each other, share life together, and build relationships.
There are three core purposes of small group gatherings. The first is to gather together (fellowship in Christ). Secondly, to grow in the word (learn deeply from the word of Christ). Lastly, to glorify through prayer (pray for the movement of Christ and ask Him for each other's needs). Small groups are the core of our church and vital in our discipleship strategy.
